We’re just about completed with our work at the new Costco Distribution Center located in Tumwater, WA. We handled all of the miscellaneous metals on the project, including fabricating and installing several sets of staircases.

Pacific Ironworks is excited to announce the successful completion of a tenant improvement project in Bothell, WA. Working in partnership with JTM Construction, our team was responsible for fabricating and installing a staircase, landing, and upper floor mezzanine, all of which were powder-coated black for a sleek and modern finish. In addition to these components, we also designed and installed a cable railing system that combined safety and style.

We’ve recently completed fabricating and installing a new, three story staircase at the Costco Distribution Center currently under construction in Tumwater. The Costco Distribution center is a massive 1.1M square foot facility, located on 79 acres, being constructed by Clayco Construction and developed by CRG.

We’re excited to share that Pacific Ironworks was selected to design, fabricate and install new staircases to mockup one of twelve apartment buildings in Auburn at the Sherwood Garden Apartments which is located near the Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, WA.
