We are thrilled to announce that Pacific Ironworks has successfully completed the extensive renovation of our 24,000 square foot warehouse in McCleary, Washington. The building, which houses all of our metal fabrication and repair capabilities, has undergone a significant transformation, upgrading it from an outdated machine shop to a state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility.
Previously home to B&S Machine, owned by Brian Witty, the machine shop served the south sound for 40 years. With Brian’s retirement and the subsequent sale of the building to us, we embarked on an ambitious project to modernize the facility for our steel fabrication crew, led by Donny McMahon.
Over the past few months, we have made substantial investments in upgrading the building. Among the improvements are:
- A new roof to ensure the long-term structural integrity of the facility.
- New energy-efficient lighting that enhances the work environment and increases visibility for our skilled team members.
- Updated office areas and a modern conference room that foster collaboration and efficient communication among staff.
- A fresh coat of paint on the exterior of the building, creating an aesthetically pleasing appearance and protecting the structure from the elements.
Our commercial construction division, Pacific Construction Services, played a significant role in executing the majority of the construction work.
The newly renovated building is highly visible from Highway 8, which runs from Olympia to Aberdeen on the way to Ocean Shores and the Washington Coast. The transformation from a rust-covered steel structure to a sleek, modern facility not only reflects the quality of our services but also contributes to the overall visual appeal of the area.
We invite you to stop by our revamped location for all your metal fabrication and repair needs. Pacific Ironworks is proud to serve the public, property management companies, and contractors throughout the greater Seattle area. Experience firsthand the exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction that our new and improved facility represents.
